Shipping — United States
All orders ship from our studio via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. We process orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
The cart total reflects the cost of the fragrances only. After you place an order, we package it, weigh it, and calculate the exact USPS rate to your address. We then send a separate invoice for shipping — typically $5 to $15 depending on package size and destination — which you can pay by PayPal, card, or via WhatsApp before we ship.
Most small orders (one or two decants) qualify for the lowest USPS Ground Advantage rate. Larger or expedited orders ship Priority Mail.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in unmarked, plain packaging — no fragrance house logos, no "perfume" labels on the outside. Decants are individually sealed, padded, and protected against temperature shifts during transit.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is being evaluated and we expect to expand in 2026. If you are abroad and want to be notified when this opens, email us at alaniya.llc@gmail.com.
All Sales Final
Because every decant is hand-poured for your specific order and fragrance is intimate by nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a decant leaves our studio, it is yours.
This policy keeps prices low and ensures every customer receives a vial that was prepared cleanly, never returned and re-shipped.
What we always make right
- Items damaged in transit — full replacement at no charge
- The wrong item shipped — full replacement plus return label
- Items lost in transit by the carrier — replacement after USPS confirms loss
If your order arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, photograph it immediately and email alaniya.llc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it without further questions.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the contents within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We replace damaged orders at no charge.
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please file a claim with USPS first, then contact us — we can help coordinate replacement once the carrier confirms loss.
